Shipping Policy
We endeavour to fulfil your shipment within 2 business days of purchase. A flat rate of $25 is charged for standard shipping and free shipping is offered for purchases over $250.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have ​10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it in. You also need to supply the receipt or proof of purchase.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Then Icon Cosmetic Clinic will gladly exchange your items for the items you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in it’s original packaging . You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
